Jerry D. Thomas

Jerry Thomas specializes
in sales and marketing, operations, strategic planning,
leadership, communications, mergers and acquisitions, and change management. As Senior
Managing Partner and Founder of e-Future Consulting Group,
Thomas supervises and coordinates the strategy and focus for
all aspects of the firm’s engagements, including the
assessment of management and operations, the development of
business strategy, and the negotiation and execution of the
engagement terms and conditions. Mr. Thomas has significant
expertise in working with organizations of all sizes, both
public and private companies, boards of directors and
company management, excelling in driving high levels of
performance and creating greater organizational and share
holder value. Mr. Thomas has led organizations in a breadth
of industries, including business services, real estate,
technology, retail, printing, and customized manufacturing.
Prior to founding
e-Future Consulting Group, Mr. Thomas served as Area
President of HQ Global Workplaces, where he was a member of
the senior leadership team. Through a corporate restructure,
he successfully achieved the sales growth and profitability
targets of shareholders, leading to the eventual sale of the
organization to the Regus Management Group. As the Regional
Vice President there, Mr. Thomas integrated the two
organizations. Mr. Thomas has served as a director for
several organizations, including the Board of Directors for
the Washington DC Marketing Center and as Commissioner of
the Mason Dixon Track & Field Conference. Prior to joining
the HQ Global Workplaces, Mr. Thomas worked as Director of
Market Operations for Kinko’s, Inc. in the Mid-Atlantic
Area, where he defined business strategies, drove sales, and
led the $90 million business unit. During his 10-year tenure
with Kinko’s, Thomas also performed the roles of Regional
Sales Manager and General Manager. Mr. Thomas holds an
Executive MBA from the University of Maryland University College
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
– Marketing Management from the Perdue School of Business
Management, Salisbury University.
Mr. Thomas is an
Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent
Business International (IIB), which adds considerable
strength to the company by bringing together a virtual team
of over 3,000 colleagues across 18 countries. All of these
are successful business executives in their own right, with
skills covering every aspect of business. The combined
strength of skills and experience of this extended team can
be very effective and competitively applied to all of
